Hot Hermosa Beach St. Patrick’s Parade
Those woolen kilts and socks are gonna’ get a little sweaty this weekend at the Hermosa Beach St. Patrick’s Parade where the temperature is expected to hit 90 degrees on Sat. March 14, 2015! Is it an amazing coincidence that last year’s parade was unseasonably hot and this year’s event is expected to be the same? Whether we’re feeling the effects of global warming or not, it’s going to be hot–a bonus for spring break visitors from around the states. It was hot yesterday, today on Friday the 13th, hot on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, as well. How sad that snowy Massachusetts and much of New England is still ensnared by heaps of snow and ice!
