Arvin Wildflower Festival April 24-26, 2015 celebrates the glorious scenery next to Bear Mountain in Kern County. The photo was taken in 2010 and you should not expect to see such a rich display this year, due to drought. However, Arvin celebrates the annual wildflowers with foods, arts, crafts, bands, entertainment and three days of fun.
