the article title says “2:30 pm” but in the body it says 12pm (noon) ..i’m just wondering if it is at 12 or 2:30 ,,, another website says 12 noon ,,,so I’m thinking it is noon, but just wanted to double-check and give you a heads up about the discrepancy in your article
You were right. It said noon…but it was removed so there’d be no confusion. Only ticketholders can get in for the pre-parade event. Those tickets sold out.
