  • BOONVILLE – The Pennyroyal Goat Dairy and Farm: Winemaker Sarah Cahn Bennett and cheesemaker Erika Scharfen have teamed up at the farmstead with a barn, a dairy and an on-site creamery. Scharfen crossbreeds LaMancha goats with other breeds for its protein profile – higher in milk fat and protein content.
