Mid State Fair in Paso Robles

The Mid State Fair in Paso Robles launched with a pretty spectacular cattle drive in 2013, but the high point for many continues to be the name acts performing in concerts at this beloved annual event. This year bands such as Tim McGraw, Rascal Flats, Trace Adkins and the Band Perry perform country favorites, but for rockers & boppers the groups to see include Van Halen, Goo Goo Dolls, Huey Lewis and the News, Berlin, Keb’ Mo’ and Emblem3. KJUG radio hosts Dance Barn where no one is stuck in a seat listening to music. Contests include wine, tomatoes, olive oil and pies, goats, sheep, cows and tractor races for kids.
