CALIFORNIA — People who attend music festivals in memorable locations remember the magic which brings them back again — year after year. One such event where the setting is beyond compare is Reggae on the River in Humboldt County. Celebrate the first days of August 2015 surrounded by the world’s tallest redwood trees while lazing along the south fork of the Eel River listening to reggae. Reggae on the River is an annual festival held at French’s Camp approx. 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean as the crow flies. The festival takes place July 30 to August 2, 2015. Other music festivals this weekend include Oakland Jazz Festival and Petaluma Music Festival.
