California August Music Festivals

What a wonderful time to be living in California or visiting! In addition to free summer concerts in parks,  August features music festivals on the river,  in the mountains, at the beach and all over the place. The genres are varied--pop, rock, classical, Indie, country, bluegrass, reggae--you name it! And some concerts are actually free!
