A Celebration Of Wine And Food With Farm To Table Theme with something new, The Uncorked Wine Store. Nevada City Uncorked is a wine and food event that celebrates the agricultural bounty of the Northern Sierra Foothills. Uncorked is a walk-about-town style format that includes 20 different venues throughout downtown. Each venue, whether it is a retail shop, restaurant, or winery tasting room, includes wine tasting and food sampling. Eighteen wineries from Nevada and Placer Counties, as well as two local breweries will be pouring their favorite wines and beers.
