SAN FRANCISCO Neon Run happens on June 7, 2014, 8:45 p.m. This isn’t your usual run. When you read the literature stating that it starts at 8:45 p.m., you have to do a double take. Most races begin in the morning–rarely at night, but to get the full effect of neon there’s only one situation that works–the dark. NEON SPLASH DASH is another Neon event taking place this year in San Diego July 12 at Qualcomm Stadium, and September 26 at Stubhub in Los Angeles.
