This weekend is a testament to California’s creative spark. There are dozens of art festivals and events but if you pick the right ones you’ll get music, dancing, food, drinks, kids entertainment and even cars shows — all billed as “art”. With free entertainment, fantastic weather and enough eye candy to keep you spending your hard earned bucks art festivals are good business for communities. Here are a few weekend highlights:
