New Year’s Celebrations: Plunges and Epiphanies

More than 55 brave people of all ages and sizes took part in a New Year’s Day Polar Plunge with the Police Chief to raise funds for schools in Seal Beach, Rossmoor and Los Alamitos. EPHIPHANY CELEBRATION: On Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015, you are invited to a concert celebrating the Epiphany. The concert features soprano Crystal Sepulveda (right photo), and friends celebrating Christmas in song. Next, a traditional Central European blessing of the Retreat Center is offered with chalk and holy water for you to keep to bless your own home as well. Refreshments will be served.
