On Saturday, November 7, 2015 thousands of people got a sneak preview of California’s newest upscale destination–Pacific City, off First Street and Pacific Coast Highway, just south of Huntington Beach’s Main Street and Pier. Named for what HB was once called, the $135 million retail development features a 191,000-square-foot open air center, which eventually will have 60 restaurants and stores, many with views of Huntington City Beach. A beach hotel (Pasea), residential apartments, and a public park are being built as well. With Hilton Waterfront Resort and Hyatt Regency Beach Resort & Spa both next door vacationers can easily walk to “beach chic” shopping and dining. Read more…>
