Parades to Launch December

Published on: November 27, 2012

Adorable Brownie Troop girls dressed up like packages with bows step onto the streets of Huntington Beach for the Light a Light of Love Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 2, 2012. The homespun event helps raise proceeds for the local youth shelter that takes kids off the streets and offers them safe harbor. You can’t believe how many people want to be involved and volunteer for this annual event in which snowflake lights along Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier are sponsored by businesses and individuals! It is but one of many kid-focused Christmas parades this holiday season. Check out the huge list of parades this Saturday, December 1.
