Don’t you dig those Patterson Apricots? Of course you know that they grow around 90% of the nation’s apricots in Stanislaus County where Patterson resides. This week at the Patterson Apricot Fiesta on May 29-31, 2015 you can touch them, smell ’em, and best of all, taste delicious dishes and desserts made with California fresh apricots. The free admission event includes festival entertainment such as youth and teen pageants, the big Saturday morning parade, bands, vendors and a favorite on Sunday–the Apricot Pie Eating Contest!
