LOS ALAMOS, CALIF. — A small Santa Barbara County town just off the “101” in the heart of Central Coast wine country is a throw-back in time. Preserving its unique Western character and hospitality is the goal of the all-volunteer, philanthropic Los Alamos Valley Men’s Club, according to Laura Kath who’s been a resident, business owner (Mariah Marketing) and parade announcer for more than a decade.
