People were all shook up when Elvis first began swinging his hips and singing songs that rocked the nation so many years ago. The King of Rock & Roll has never disappeared from the hearts and minds of fans spanning several generations. Today at California’s summer concerts in parks acts continue to present the look and sound of this musical legend.
This week “shook up” fans are invited to celebrations such as Winters Earthquake Festival, celebrating the city’s quake that rocked their world, destroying most the downtown.
Then there’s the full immersion Elvis Festival on Main Street, Garden Grove. The FREE all-day tribute August 26, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. is held near the anniversary of Presley’s death (August 16, 1977.)
