When the MUFONauts (members of the Mutual UFO Network and others) attend the annual MUFON Symposium in Irvine July 26-28, 2019, they’ll talk space aliens, unidentified flying objects, and even Apollo 11.

MUFON celebrates its 50th year in 2019, but an even bigger celebration is the 50th Anniversary of the Historic Moon Landing! If you opt to attend the Irvine event  which includes free films, a vendor expo with themed items, seminars for “experiencers” and presentations by top researchers in the field of UFOs, you may find some spillover and mention of America’s space program. The event even offers a field trip to see the “Apollo 11: One Giant Leap for Mankind” exhibit at Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in Yorba Linda.

All the “buzz” (including Buzz Aldrin,)  this year is on space. Private companies are in a race to commercialize space tourism, and nations throughout the world want to stake claim to a piece of the outer limits for military and other uses.
