Halfway through the month of April many are thinking about May festivals celebrating strawberries and other tasty treats. Not so fast — there’s plenty to appreciate when it comes to this month’s feasts. From BBQ and berries to nuts or lemonade, bacon to tacos, Spam to spicy chili, it may end up in one place (your stomach,) but the variety of aromas, textures and tastes make April a great month to celebrate food.
