Sweets for your Sweetie on Valentine’s Day?

If ‘Victoria’s Secret models wearing lingerie’ is your idea of sexy, you may not be doing your love life any favors by buying sweets on Valentine’s Day. According to John Gray, Ph.D., loading up on sugar can cause you and your loved ones to crash and experience the opposite effects that you intended.

California has highest divorce rate in the world with a 60% divorce rate in first marriage. It used to be 20 years ago 75% of adults were married. Now it’s less than half. Of marriages up to age 35, the average relationship lasts 5 years.  And there are more children born out of wedlock than in.  Since courts favor women over men for parenting of kids, children can end up with barely a father figure in their lives.  For boys that can be very devastating, according to “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus” author John Gray. Gray is alarmed by what he calls “the boy crisis,”  and the shocking trends:

  • 8 times more boys than girls commit suicide
  • 2 girls to 1 boy graduate from high school
  • 2 women to 1 male graduate from college last 10 years
  • 9 out 10 with learning challenges are boys
  • 9 out 10 with ADD & ADHD are boys
  • 60 out of 61 mass murderers are men

What’s Going On?

  • Boys are absorbing estrogen hormones from plastic bottles, pesticides, meat, chicken, eggs, milk and fast foods.
  • 1/3 of boys are obese at age 13 years. These boys at puberty do not get normal erections as their estrogen levels. are dramatically increased from estrogen-laden food and water they consume.
  • Men with elevated levels of estrogen in their systems will see the testosterone levels drop and they’ll stop being attracted to partners.

Things that may help:

  • Find purified water sources (avoid drinking from plastic bottles.)
  • Find meats without hormones, avoid fast foods.
  • Cut sugar consumption, eat more greens–broccoli, brussels sprouts, etc.
  • Avoid pasteurized milk…it is depleted of the casein protein.
  • Drink protein shakes, and take vitamins missing from foods, and products that help boys & men rebuild testosterone levels to normal ranges. Potassium as Potassium Orotate, Calcium as Calcium Orotate, Omega3 and Lithium Orotate may assist in this process.
