Whale of a Tale!

You see, I was scuba diving when a giant Gray whale came right up to me!
Swimmers in Laguna Beach got the surprise of their life and a whale of tale to tell everyone back home when they recently saw a magnificent Gray whale surface right next to them. Caught on camera from the Dana Wharf Whale Watching tour vantage point, the event went down as one of the all-star moments in vacation memories. While whale watching tours used to take place seasonally through March, you can now head out year-round to catch migrations of gray or blue whales thanks to the abundance of whales spotted along the coast in recent years.
