Huntington City Beach

Huntington Beach Beaches: Huntington City Beach is one of the four Huntington Beaches, and possibly the most popular for its iconic HB Pier, Pier Plaza, special events, Main Street shops, hotels and dining.

Huntington City Beach also has Dog Beach, a small portion of the city beach bordering Bolsa Chica State Beach and located on Pacific Coast Highway between Seapoint and Golden West Streets.

Huntington City Beach has bonfire rings, the pier, volleyball nets, beach concessions with surf lessons, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, and special event concessions.

Huntington City Beach parking is charged as a flat fee of around $15 on popular weekends during the summer. The rest of the year you can pay by the hour in some of the parking lots, and you also can RV camp south of Huntington Beach Pier in a seasonal beach parking lot facility.

Metered parking is first come first serve, much as the bonfire rings. You should bring credit cards or quarters. The parking is located as parallel parking on Pacific Coast Highway and in parking lots on both sides of Huntington Beach Pier.
