Hours: San Clemente beaches and pier are open from 4 a.m. until 12 a.m. Midnight.

There are two beach wheelchairs at Marine Safety Headquarters for public use free of charge. Reservations highly recommended (949) 361-8219.

Are fires or barbeques allowed on the beach? Fires are allowed in self contained barbeques (off of the sand) or fire pits only. Please dispose of hot coals in fire rings only, not in trash cans since this can start fires.

Beach Parking
The City has 6 primary parking areas near the beach with parking costing around $1.50 per hour :

Calafia (On street near State Park Entrance), meters: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Camino Capistrano (Poche), meters: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

North Beach, Lot and meters: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Linda Lane, meters: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pier Bowl, Lots 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.: meters 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

T-Street, meters 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.


Beach Concessions
Concessions are located at North Beach, just south of the pier, on the pier (3 concessions), and T-Street. Please call for hours of operation.
