Southern California is the top "See"

Southern California is a thousand attractions, museums, things to see & do, and more!

Where does the traveler begin?

Most start their journey at two places--Hollywood or Disneyland. While Southern California is known for its beaches and coastal destinations, the theme park attractions and entertainment continue to steal the show. Hollywood and Universal Studios are the must-see for those who love movies, television, music and comedy. All types of entertainment are produced in the entertainment capital of the world--Los Angles, of course!

THEME PARKS: Disneyland in Anaheim is the theme park capital of California. With two parks to enjoy--Disneyland and California Adventure, the park hopper pass is must. In addition to this major theme park and Universal Studios Hollywood, Southern California is home to Legoland, Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Queen Mary, Aquarium of the Pacific, Medieval Times, Pirates Dinner Adventure, and more.

Gilroy sounds like just another name and maybe another place. By all accounts when you zip past this city situated along Interstate Highway 101 in northern California south of Silicon Valley, it could be that. There's nothing particularly noteworthy from the freeway to compel travelers to stop. There are some chain restaurants, chain hotels and shops. That is primarly what gets people to take note of Gilroy for the first pass. Gilroy, Calif. could just be another road stop if it weren't for that smell. What is ...
