The Museum is transformed into Fezziwig's warehouse replete with Victorian decorations and lamp posts.

Dickens characters

  • Fagin from Oliver Twist teaching how to pick pockets whiles he picks yer's with the Artful Dodger in tow
  • Nathaniel Winkle from The Pickwick Papers is all a-dither as he demonstrates a health cure via The Electro-static Generator with shocking results
  • Miss Havisham has Great Expectations for her ward Estella by instructing her in the art of insulting the gentlemen in attendance

Guests will also be serenaded by Victorian Christmas by Captain Jack and his 1895 hand-cranked player organ, and Queen Victoria's court musicians The Victorian Roses, all while munching on a holiday lunch of English bangers, gingerbread, and, punch.

The highlight of the celebration is an interactive theater presentation by Charles Dickens himself who retells his famous Christmas Carol using audience members as part of the cast. Victorian Dress is encouraged. Ample free parking!

All this and other surprises are in store for those attending and we do encourage our guests to dress Victorian!
