Christmas Tree Lane Reverse Parade is a drive-thru event only. It's billed as a lane full of holiday festivities, including decorated holiday-themed cars, tents, and floats. Enjoy a live band performance. Santa will make an appearance.

Parade route: G Street and Main to N and Main Street
11 a.m. Fun vendor booths with activities
12 p.m. the Jingle Bell 3-mile Run begins.
1 p.m. Entertainment at Bob Hart Square
3 p.m. Parade.
Stay afterwards to see the lighting of the MERCO Community Christmas tree! The Merced Main Street is asking for donations for new or gently used children's books. To donate, visit The Merced Main Street Association booth to drop off.
Approx. 100 entries ranging from bands and drill teams to motorcycle clubs, car clubs, demonstrations, horse riding, and even local Roller Derby girls dressed in solidarity with their counterparts around the world are featured in the HomeTown Christmas Parade. Christmas Around The World is the theme, and the exciting event includes plenty to see.
In recent years, the annual event has drawn more than 10,000 people downtown. The parade is organized by the enthusiastic Active 20-30 Club, which took over the event two years ago. It's also sponsored by the Merced Irrigation District. Radio Merced will have a DJ during the parade. The parade starts at 3 p.m. It goes from . and downtown holiday celebration includes crafts and foods on Canal Street, which will be entirely shut down. Annual Bob Hart Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony immediately following parade.
