Winter Market takes place Dec. 2-3, 2023

The tree lighting ceremony at City Hall  includes the usual speeches by local dignitaries and politicians, live music by local choir groups, and  refreshments such as cookies and hot beverages sponsored by local merchants.

Festivities for the lighting begin at 5 p.m. in front of City Hall. Once the stage performance and lighting has concluded, the community is invited to Burlingame Ave. for Winterfest.

The Winterfest will be held on Burlingame Avenue between Lorton and Primrose. Activities will include music performances, kids train, carnival games, craft tables and photo ops with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Other events in Burlingame to celebrate the season include the Annual Holiday Parade held after the Tree Lighting Ceremony. In the spring, you can hop into action as the Burlingame Egg Hunts invite the community youth to search for the hidden eggs.
