Get in the holiday spirit for the city's tree lighting right at City Hall. If you've never seen Downey City Hall, this is a great opportunity to attend and enjoy the lovely grounds with decorated holiday adornments, including the grand tree.

• Real snow play area with sledding
• Arts & crafts - make your own
• Vendor fair with lots of things to see and buy
• Santa Claus - take a picture with him or write a letter to Santa
• Food & refreshments - Downey Rose Float Association sells goodies

It is lit annually after dark. Free event, come and bring your family and friends. Downey Lion's Club plans to hand out hot cocoa and candy canes!
