An historic building is home to a soda fountain and store serving coffee, espresso drinks, hot chocolate, breakfast muffins, root beer floats and our Blue Bunny Ice Cream and Sorbet delivered all the way from Iowa!
The bar itself is mesmerizing with its beautiful wood craftsmanship, estimated to be built around 1850. Large wood columns line the sides of the bar that includes archways, mirrors and is lined with antiques.
Explore the underground bookstore where you can peek in the first room downstairs and see part of the historic tunnel which at one time locals could travel in to remain safe from the bad guys in the streets. Locals could take their gold and travel through the tunnels. Don't turn back keep going, there is a surprise at the end and staircase which can take you back upstairs.
Store participates in the 2nd Saturday Art Night from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m., every month. Authentic and unique antiques, and a subterranean bookstore!
