• Hundreds of flags line  roadways as The Avenue of Flags
• Names added to the Veterans Memorial Wall
• Laying of the wreath at the memorial in honor of over 1,800 veterans buried in the cemetery
• VFW Post 6158 and American Legion Post 383
• Pipers, a Drummer and Recorded Music
• Refreshments at the conclusion of the ceremony by the Orangevale/ Fair Oaks Grange & Fair Oaks Historical Society.
