Lakeport Memorial Day Parade route: starts out of the Fairgrounds and heads north on Main Street to Clearlake Ave. Judging stand at Courthouse Square. The parade includes bands, equestrian units, cars, patriotic and military displays and more. Free, lakeportmainstreet.com

Street Fair 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

Parade route: Highway 53/29 proceeds on Main Street, concluding at Mill Street

Lower Lake Community Action Committee plans Lower Lake Daze Parade & Barbeque, which includes a petting zoo, food & craft vendors, face painting, kids games, pony rides, a BBQ, music during the afternoon and a raffle.  Come for the parade, stay for the Fair. This year's theme- Then & Now! Lonne Sloan, Grand Marshall Local vendors and artisans, food trucks and live music! Stop in and say hello to our Main Street businesses open during the event.
