U.S. Congressman, Mark DeSaulnier and other elected representatives from State, County and local communities are invited to speak. The program will include a procession of flags from Veterans' organizations around the county, a Sea Cadets Color Guard, the History Forces Association (HFA) Firing Party, presenting the traditional 21 gun salute, followed by the playing of Taps.

Recorded patriotic music will be played throughout the program. A tent and chairs will be provided for your comfort and refreshments will be served following the Observance. We welcome your attendance to honor our veterans.

The Veterans Remembrance Committee, established in 1924 and participating in veterans' causes invites you to attend this special ceremony. This traditional Memorial Day Observance is presented to honor veterans of all wars and conflicts to preserve the memories of those who served, those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to support those veterans who continue to serve our nation.
