Ceremony takes place at 11 a.m.

Open House 10 a.m.-3 p.m. includes special display honoring the Missing in Action and Killed in Action from World War I to present.

BBQ 12-2 p.m. provided by Post 66 and SLO Masons. $ tri-tip sandwich lunch on-site at Post 66; free to veterans with valid ID.

Veterans Museum open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for free tours.

Co-hosted by American Legion Post 66 and Central Coast Veterans Memorial Museum, Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony takes place outside at the Veterans Memorial Building near the Cal Poly entrance. All ages are invited to come together on this special day, to honor and remember all who lost their lives making the ultimate sacrifice during their service to our country.

Memorial Day Ceremony 12:30 p.m. | Concerts 1-4 p.m.

Come for the Memorial Day Ceremony which begins at 12:30 p.m. and stay for free concerts featuring some get up and dance music. The public is invited to Black Lake Golf Course to enjoy the concert series along with the Memorial Day tribute. No outside food and drinks allowed.

Atascadero Veterans Memorial Foundation is hosting the annual Memorial Day Ceremony and the public is welcome to attend. The Kiwanis hosts a BBQ following the event and many veteran organizations will be on site with information about veteran services and/or programs.
