The fun starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday with the King and Queen's procession. The first joust is at 11 a.m. 

The 4th annual Medieval California Festival is set among 16 beautiful acres with historic structures and exhibits depicting the history and culture of Kern County and the West. 

features Knights of the Realm, professional jousting team, under the Black Flag professional pirate team with a 40-foot pirate ship and crew, Badland Buccaneers professional pirate team, Kern County fencing team, the Horsemen of Judgment keep medieval Warriors, the armored Combat League medieval Warriors, Viking battle teams, medieval village a place to shop for medieval Goods, medieval Kids Corner where a kid can play all day long, three medieval bands, Spartan shooting range, vendors of all kinds a great variety of food and fun for the whole family.
