Each Fall Calico Days in Calico Ghost Town ponies up to the fun that everyone gets a real kick out of with burro races, gunslingers in fights, train rides, mood music and camping if you like. Celebrate an annual tradition of the Old West in the town out in the desert between L.A. and Las Vegas where the buildings are authentically set on hills of an old mining camp.

Guests are warned not to enter into the the mines (they're roped off with signs) but there's plenty to see and do as you mosey around looking at the saloons, shops, eat some grub, take some photos and chill out in the shade, away from the penetrating rays of the warm desert sun.
