MAMMOTH LAKES: Mammoth Fall Century and Gran Fondo September 6, 2014
Mammoth Fall Century Gran Fondo is more than just another Gran Fondo bike ride. This is a Bucket-List” Gran Fondo option includes a "pro-style" mass start, With a start and finish elevation of 8,074 feet and 6,879 total feet of climbing, this ride is as challenging as it is beautiful. Although there is a lot of climbing on this very scenic route, the climbs are nicely spaced-out with long and fast descents that will have you grinning from ear to ear...and there will be plenty of time to recover before the next climb! Chosen as a "Top-Ten Century" bike ride by Bicycling Magazine for its Jaw-Dropping Vistas!

September 5-7, 2014 PETALUMA Emigrant Trails Bike Trek Friday to Sunday. The Emigrant Trails Bike Trek is an annual fundraiser for Breathe California of Sacramento-Emigrant Trails. This event is a 3 day bike trek with 3 days cycling staged at Camp Richardson with 2 nights camping, on-road support, themed rest stops, catered meals, entertainment and more. Funds support Breathe California's programs for clean air, healthy lungs and a tobacco free future.

LAKE TAHOE - JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes: Tour de Tahoe September 5 -7, 2014. JDRF's Ride to Cure Diabetes: Riders from around the world take on two challenges: raising the money needed to fund research for better treatments and a cure for diabetes, and reaching a personal training goal to prepare for a destination cycling experience. The JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes offers: Multiple fundraising and Mileage options Training with a certified coach in your local area Ride destinations designed for Riders of all fitness levels The journey begins by traveling to one of the destination Ride locations. Meet up with fellow Riders and begin a fun-filled weekend including safety seminars, planned excursions, and team building celebrations. It all leads up to the big event ... Ride Day. SACRAMENTO - Race Across America Cycling Challenge Northern California Saturday September 13, 2014. The Race Across America Cycling Challenge is a 9-event series offering a wide range of cycling--from recreation riding to racing--in the some of the best cycling destinations in America. The 25, 50 and 100 Mile Rides will be held on Saturday. The 200 and 400 Mile races will also begin on Saturday. 400 Mile racers must have support crew. You may race solo or on a 2- or 4- person relay team. Solo racers completing the 400 Mile race qualify for Race Across America.

Climate Ride California
The nation's largest environmental bike Ride and ‘climate conference on wheels' returns to California. Hundreds of cyclists will pedal beautiful country roads along California's spectacular Coast to raise awareness of sustainability and renewable energy. This fully-supported adventure raises funds for nearly 40 nonprofit organizations focused on sustainability, renewable energy, climate solutions, and bicycle advocacy. The event also showcases the bicycle as the ultimate carbon-free machine and a viable form of transportation.

September 13, 2014 TAHOE CITY - Tahoe Sierra Century. Local fundraiser offering 30,60, and 100 Mile options in the scenic Lake Tahoe/Truckee areas. Support local school band programs by riding Miles for music! 30 Mile flat fun Ride; 60 Mile metric with 2500' elevation gain; or 100 Mile Century for a real challenge with 7000' feet of climbing. Ride is fully supported, includes rest stops, lunch stop, and after Ride dinner at the finish in Squaw Valley

June 13, 2015 CHESTER - Lake Almanor Fall Century. The 1st Annual Lake Almanor Fall Century has 3 different routes to choose from. Located where the scenic Southern Cascades bump into the gentle Northern Sierras, the Lake Almanor Fall Century will treat you to the beautiful fall foliage on the back roads that wander through the forests surrounding Lake Almanor and the Indian Valley. This is not a race, but a collection of tours for cyclists of all abilities. The purpose of this event is to promote recreational bicycling under the volcano in the shadow of Northern California's incredible Lassen Peak with scenic views around Lake Almanor. Proceeds from this event are invested in organized recreation in the Lake Almanor Basin and provide support for the Chester/Lake Almanor Chamber of Commerce. This Ride offers friendly volunteers, good food, live entertainment, and the most beautiful scenery in Northern California. Century Ride (108 Miles) – This is a relatively easy Ride by Century standards. It takes you around Lake Almanor and through the peaceful Indian Valley. Approximately 3,200' total elevation climb. Metric Century (56 Miles) – This Ride encompasses the entire Almanor Basin. It is recommended for the cyclist who desire a challenging loop without the distance and the bigger climbs found in the full Century Ride. Approximately 1,500' total elevation climb. Half Metric Century (33 Miles) – Take your time and enjoy the mountain vistas and the clean air. This is the Ride for those wanting a nice leisurely Ride lakeside around Lake Almanor, the blue jewel on the North Fork of the Feather River. Approximately 600' total elevation climb.

September 27, 2014 PALO ALTO - Touring Event
The Canary Challenge is a fully supported bike Ride, offering 50-kilometer, 75-kilometer, 100-Mile Rides — all with multiple food and water stops, mechanical and medical assistance, and plenty of SWAG. The Rides cater to all levels of cycling strength — from children, to fixed gear bikes and tandems, to time trial champions, the Canary Challenge is a Ride for the family! All Rides start and end in Palo Alto. Past events have included a cruise through the foothills of the Bay Area Peninsula, with the 100-km and 100-mi routes taking cyclists up and over Skyline Boulevard, through Pescadero and San Gregorio, onto Highway 1, and up the coast.

October 4, 2014 LAKEPORT Annual Konocti Challenge.
The Konocti Challenge Century is a beast! With over 5500 feet of vertical climb, your legs will be burning! Never fear though, there are 4 Rides to choose from - a 40 Mile, a 65 Mile and the 100 Mile and the 20 Mile Fun Ride. The 65 and the 100 Mile give you the opportunity Ride AROUND the largest natural lake in California breathing the cleanest air in the state. Ride through pastoral vineyards, towering pine trees, mountain roads, rural pastures, beautiful lake views - all on one Ride! First class rest-stops are located at strategic points and the wildly fun Rest Stop Competition. Bike MS: Coastal Challenge Touring Event
Bike MS: Coastal Challenge, Southern California's premier cycling event features routes and options for every level of cyclist, ranging from 30-160 Miles; you will surely find a route fit for you. Enjoy delicious meals and strong support, with rest stops every 15 Miles and SAG vehicles. A fantastic festival awaits you on Saturday afternoon with great food, music, a beer garden, massage tent and fun games. Most importantly, you will not only get an unforgettable weekend, but a chance to make a difference for people with multiple sclerosis. The money you raise will support education, advocacy, research and local programs that enhance the quality of life for people with MS and their families.

SAN DIEGO: California Girl Series - Senorita Century March 3, 2015 Ladies, it's time to take over California's most beautiful bike trails

November 9, 2014 SAN LUIS OBISPO - SLO GranFondo. Ride some of the world's most beautiful terrain along the rugged California Central Coast! The new Giro Della Costa Centrale builds on the history and success of the SLO GranFondo. Giro Della Costa Centrale (Tour of the Central Coast) has all new routes, beautiful Central Coast scenery, challenging climbs, a new classic bike rally and everything Italian from food, music and wine at the Festivale Italiano at the 5-Star Trilogy Resort at Monarch Dunes. The rides benefit Hearst Cancer Resource Center at French Hospital Medical Center and Alpha. The new SLO GranFondo (100 miles) traces many of the roads used on the Amgen Tour of California Stage 5, traveling through San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, into the Santa Ynez Valley and back to the Nipomo Mesa. This ride sees 4000 feet of climbing, great vistas and a challenge to all.
