DEATH VALLEY: Death Valley National Park Ride March 2 - 7, 2019 
 Starts In Stovepipe Wells, Death Valley NP Ends In Furnace Creek, Death Valley NP. 
Fundraising Commitment $3,000,
Spend four days cycling 250 miles of paved roads beginning at Stovepipe Wells at sea level, passing Panamint Springs,  Emigrant Junction, Wildrose Canyon, Panamint Valley, Furnace Creek, Towne Pass, Stovepipe Wells, Lake Manley, Badwater Basin, Amargosa River Valley and Zabriskie Point. Additional adventures include short hikes and soothing dips in hot springs. Professional guides included in event for all types of cyclists. This is a fully supported ride which means event sponsor does everything from overnight details, meals, snacks, luggage transport, and more.

REEDLEY: Blossom Bike Ride March 2, 2019

CULVER CITY: CicLAvia Car Free Streets 6.5 Miles March 3, 2019, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Culver City meets Mar Vista + Palms in this car-free street event inviting cyclists to enjoy the ride. Road is shared with pedestrians, skaters, etc. so you this should be considered a fun, easy-does-it ride. Route: between Venice (Walgrove to Centinela) | Washington Boulevard (Venice to National)
Rules of the Road
1. Slow traffic should always stay on the far right side. Traffic may include walkers, children, skaters and joggers.
2. No motorized vehicles are allowed on the route.
3. Helmets are strongly encouraged and mandatory for anyone under 18 years of age.
4. Don't use your phone while you are on your bike.

Events are self-supported rides on unmarked routes near the Central Coast. These rides, or brevets, are on scenic, low-traffic roads whenever possible. The time limits make them challenging too. Anyone with an interest in long-distance cycling is welcome to join these Northern California randonneuring bicycle events.

SAN MARCOS: Belgian Waffle Ride May 5, 2019

The Canyon BWR attracts world-class cyclists from around the world. It has a cult following of fervent racers from cyclocross, road and mountain biking.  Now entering its eighth year, the Belgian Wafer Ride covers roughly 74 miles of the Canyon BWR's tricky trails, hellacious hills and rolling roads.

MODESTO: Ride for Mom May 11, 2019
Annual pre-Mother's Day family and friendly cycling event includes 10, 35 and 77 mile rides. The event is staged at Johansen High School in Modesto and includes fully supported rest stops, SAG and lunch.
