Open Streets Closures, Festivals, Events

Open streets initiatives temporarily close streets to automobile traffic, so that people may use them for walking, bicycling, dancing, playing, and socializing. Closing urban streets for car-free days provides California's most populated cities unique and fun opportunities for adults to be kids again.
