Ikebana - an art form in which flowers are composed to convey deeper meanings, takes some time to understand and appreciate. Described as the ancient art of Japanese floral, you are invited to see arrangements first hand at the two day flower festival in Cupertino. Immerse yourself into the Japanese tradition of human expression through floral arrangements.

Nearly 120 ikebana floral artists present arrangements at the Wafu Flower Show. Demonstrations of this eloquent art form and discussions of the materials and techniques used are included in three demonstrations per day.

Arrangers with different styles illustrate with floral materials. This special event is co-sponsored by the City of Cupertino, the Fremont Union High School District, and the Wafu Ikebana Society.

Events are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to confirm before going.
