Downtown San Pedro (PBID) will be honoring Día de los Muertos, highlighting the traditional Mexican cultural celebration of life and death. Due to COVID-19, locals and residents are invited to attend this year's Dia de Todos Santos event in San Pedro featuring craft vendors, face painting, traditional ofrendas, food trucks, live music, and a free screening of the Disney film Coco, there will also be an interactive and personalized remembrance activity at The Tree of Life at the Garden Church.

  • Free screening of the Disney animated film Coco at the Warner Grand at 2 p.m.
  • Interactive remembrance activity at The Tree of Life, this event will focus on honoring the loved ones who have passed. located at 429 W. 6th St. San Pedro. Attendees are invited to leave a message for loved ones that have passed on.
  • With musical acts including local dance groups, this year's headliners will be Ellas.
  •  Grammy nominees Suemy, Nelly and Melinda

Over 35 food and craft vendors, live entertainment, beer garden

With over 10,000 locals expected to attend, visitors experience a vibrant and historic downtown filled with a festive live entertainment lineup including energetic and globally-inspired performances by two-time grammy award winning performers, Mariachi Divas, and celebrated local headliners and Kotolan, and Salt Petal. This event will take place at 398 West 6th Street, San Pedro.

The San Pedro Property Owners' Alliance, a nonprofit organization, presents  San Pedro Dia de los Muertos Festival. Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, dates back to Pre-Hispanic and Spanish customs and is now a traditional holiday in Mexico, where deceased friends and family members are remembered and celebrated. 

The San Pedro Property Owners' Alliance, a non-profit organization, presents the annual San Pedro Dia de los Muertos Festival. Experience a vibrant downtown filled with a festive live entertainment lineup including a performance by the Grammy Award-winning group, Mariachi Divas, an all-female mariachi band based in Los Angeles.

Face painting, children's area, handmade jewelry, clothing and other specialty items made by artisans

Children can experience creating a Dia de Los Muertos souvenir at the free arts and crafts activity center.

Visitors are encouraged to come dressed in Dia de los Muertos themed costume and participate in the festivities.

With a full entertainment lineup guests will enjoy live entertainment on the main stage.

This free, family-oriented event will feature live entertainment, beer garden, delicious foods, crafts for kids, altar contest exhibition, and more!
