California's best chefs, food purveyors, wineries and breweries. Enjoy a culinary demonstration by TV Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani and get the chance to be in his new TV show Global Bites! Here is an easy to fix recipe with figs that Chef Viviani has created:

CANTALOUPE AND GORGONZOLA
Ingredients (serves 8-10)
½ cup chopped whole almonds
¾ cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp torn mint
Extra virgin olive oil
Half a cantaloupe, shaved thin
8 ripe figs, halved
Sea salt
Aged Balsamic
Directions: Combine first 4 ingredients until able to be spread. Use your hands to really break it down. Spread mixture on a plate and place fruits on top in an un-uniform fashion. Season with sea salt. Drizzle with aged balsamic.
