The largest glass pumpkin patch of its kind in Northern California, now in its
26th consecutive year, is a free family-friendly autumn celebration featuring
colorful pumpkins & gourds, and glass-blowing demonstrations. Visitors wander
through an installation of more than 10,000 unique glass pumpkins, and then
purchase the glass pumpkins.
More than 20 prominent glass artisans have created one-of-a-kind glass pumpkins
and unique glass art objects for the Annual Great Glass Pumpkin Patch. Proceeds
from the sale of the glass pumpkins support the three presenting organizations:
the Bay Area Glass Institute; Palo Alto Art Center; and Palo Alto Art Center
Foundation, as well as participating artists.
Shoppers line up to purchase the glass pumpkins and other festive glass art
celebrate the Fall season with a great shopping experience. Get a head start on

About: Bay Area Glass Institute (BAGI), focuses on creating a fun family event
this year, with glassblowing demonstrations, a caricature artist, and hot dogs.
The Bay Area Glass Institute (BAGI) is a non-profit organization whose mission
is to provide accessible, hands-on glass experiences that educate and inspire
current and future generations of patrons, students and artists. BAGI is the
only public access glass working facility in Santa Clara County, offering a
variety of glass-working classes and demonstrations by internationally renowned
