Graeagle Shop-Hop Memorial Weekend

Graeagle Shop-Hop Festival  May 26-28, 2012  9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Head for the quaint row of red buildings along Highway 89 for  Downtown Graeagle's Shop-Hop on Memorial Day Weekend annual shop fest.

When you visit over a dozen stores and get your shopping passport stamped, you have a chance to win a giant gift basket of merchandise from each store or numerous gift certificates and prizes.

Produced by the Graeagle Merchants Association, this well-loved shopping event is held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sat.-Mon, May 28-30. 2011.

Graeagle's identical red buildings were mill workers' homes when the town originated as a lumber mill. Today they're home to eateries and unique shops offering jewelry, gifts, books, home furnishings and decor, antiques and more.

Shop-Hop winners are announced late Monday; you don't have to be present or buy anything to win.

If you're coming with a non-shopper, no worries. There's plenty to do nearby at the Graeagle Mill Pond, area golf courses, the Lakes Basin Recreation Area or Portola and Lake Davis!
