Each year West Point celebrates its lumberjack heritage with a special festival - in 2025 the event celebrates 50 years! Festival includes Pancake Breakfast, Soapbox Derby, Car Show Street & Food Fair, Crowning of the Lumberjack King & Queen, the 11 a.m. Parade on Main Street, Tri-tip Lunch at the Fire Department,  Petting Zoo, 1 p.m.

Logging show, music and parade! Westwood's Paul Bunyan Mountain & Blues Festival starts with a parade at 10:30am down Ash Street to Third Street and then to the park for festivities. Come and join the fun! The Annual Paul Bunyan Mountain & Blues Festival takes place at the Westwood Park. Featuring our Logging Show & Competition, Craft Booths & Food Booths and Live Music throughout the day. Kids area & Pickle Ball! Come to the Mountains and cool off while enjoying the day at the Festival! Gates open at 11:00 am, Logging Show starts at Noon. Logging show sign-ups begin at 10:30 am.
