The annual mega-street part takes over many blocks of downtown Modesto in what's considered the Central Valley's biggest summer party with bands, DJs and music all afternoon and into the night. There are liquor stands on every corner selling beer and mixed cocktails for your consumption inside the festival grounds, 21+.
