Californians love chocolate as evidenced by the number of chocolate festivals and events throughout the state!

OAKDALE Chocolate Festival is an annual culinary delight normally held the 3rd Weekend in May.

Expect tons of chocolate 

This huge outdoor festival includes over 200 vendors with Arts & Crafts, CHOCOLATE EXPLOSION in Chocolate Avenue (fudges, truffles, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cheese cake, etc.), bands performing, a car show, carnival and live entertainment throughout.

Not limited to chocolate, the event includes food vendors serving tastes that people want such as giant onion rings, Lockeford Sausage, funnel cakes, smoothies, Chinese and the all-American-favorite hot dog--you name it and they probably have it. Vendors sell a variety of Specialty Merchandise & Services.
