Winning two (2) out of three (3) falls determines the winner of the bout.
The first contestant to hit the mud loses the fall.
Contestants must swing at least once every (30) seconds or be disqualified.
Dropping the pillow for the second time between falls will be considered a fall.
No rest period will be allowed in any bout.
If a bout goes one (1) minute without a fall, the referee will instruct the contestants to place one hand behind their back.
After one further minute, with out a fall, the referee will instruct the contestants to hold the pillow with both hands.
