Almaden Valley Art & Wine Festival

Admission: Free; Beer & Wine Fee per pour or glass

Almaden Valley Art & Wine Festival includes wineries and breweries pouring tastes for a fee, food vendors, arts & crafts vendors, and an extensive kids play area, plus live entertainment on stage all day.

Parking and shuttle service are also free at the San Jose Water Company (Almaden Expressway) and VTA light rail (Winfield Blvd.). Almaden Lake Park is easily accessible by VTA light rail, bus service and the Los Alamitos Creek.

Bands: Big Mike & the Heartbeats | Lady and the Tramps | ReknRoad | Business Casual | Jokers & Thieves | Cello Joe | Joanne Le Blanc and the Fugitive Blues Band

Entertainment and Activities start at 10 a.m. Following the patriotic launch, local school Cheer and Dance Teams, Dance Companies, and live bands rock the state.

The expanded kids zone is a festival in its own right. Amusements include bounce houses, obstacle course, bungee jumping, a giant slide, rock climbing, turbo tubs (like spinning tea cups) and mechanical bull
