Springville Fall (Apple) Festival

SPRINGVILLE, CA -- Annual Apple Festival sponsored by the Springville Community Club is a family oriented event that attracts more than 30,000 visitors each year.

Held the 3rd weekend in October, the event features over 200 craft booths selling hand made arts and crafts. There are food vendors and the famous apple pie booths. Entertainment includes clowns, music, kid's mechanical rides and a Pie Eating Contest.

Canceled for 2021 - Also included are the Apple Run 5K, 10K, and Kid's runs, plus the 2-mile walk on Saturday morning, and the Annual Fat Tire Classic mountain bike race on Sunday morning. The Fat Tire Classic is a challenging and scenic 7-mile mountain ride for adults, with a well-supervised and easier course for children.

While the events line up changes slightly each year, the basic overall schedule goes something like this:

7 a.m. Springville Mountain Lions Breakfast - in the Park
8 a.m. Apple Run start - at the Springville Park (pre-registered only)
9 a.m. Booths Open
9:30 am Apple Baking Contest & Auction
10 a.m. Apple Run Awards - at the Gazebo in the Park
11 a.m. Springville Mountain Lions Lunch - in the Park
11 a.m. Dance Group - in the Park
NOON Live Music - in the Park
2:30 pm Apple Pie Eating Contest - in the Park, in front of the Gazebo
3 p.m. Live Music - in the Park
5 p.m. Booths Close

SUNDAY
7 a.m. Springville Mountain Lions Breakfast - in the Park
8 a.m. Fat Tire Classic Registration - at Rio Vista Avenue
9 a.m. Booths open
10 a.m. Fat Tire Classic Race Begins - at Rio Vista Avenue
11 a.m. Springville Mountain Lions Lunch - in the Park
11 a.m. Live Music - in the Park
NOON Fat Tire Classic Awards
2 p.m. Apple Pie Eating Contest - in the Park, in front of the Gazebo
2:30 pm Live Music - in the Park

SATURDAY and SUNDAY

Springville Mountain Lions Breakfast in the Park 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Clowns roaming the Festival both days from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with face painting, balloon art and magic shows
Family Town will be at Sequoia Dawn both days with games and kiddies' mechanical rides.
Background Music
The Springville Community Club and the Springville Women's Club's fresh-baked apple pies at their booths.

Free parking is available at the Rodeo Grounds, with free shuttle service, compliments of Eagle Mountain Casino, to and from the downtown area.
