The menu consists of a 'Chef's Tasting for Two', consisting of four courses: Course 1: Beet Salad & Citrus Course 2: Scallops and Wild Mushrooms Course 3: Certified Angus Chateaubriand & Potato Pavè Course 4: Triple Chocolate Cake with Strawberry Coulis The cost of the four-course prix fixe meal is $150 per couple, with an option for accompanying wine flight at $60 per couple. In addition to a romantic candlelight dinner, visitors can also opt to spend the night with a choice of two special room packages: 'The Ultimate Valentine's Day Extravaganza Package' including: A romantic stay with a discounted upgrade to one of the 3 full front ocean view Presidential Suites; special four-course prix fixe four course Valentine's dinner served by room service; and bottle of champagne in room.
