Baldwin Park is a Los Angeles County City known primarily as a residential region for jobs in the surrounding L.A. area. There is a hotel or two in town, but you'll probably decide to stay there if you are doing business nearby or visiting a relative. Baldwin Park doesn't provide many attractions for tourists, though the city is centrally locate to a wide range of corporate offices. And it is freeway close.

Within close proximity are world class attractions such as the Huntington Library and Gardens, Santa Anita racetrack, and Los Angeles Arboretum. Pasadena is within 10 miles distance and features a great Renaissance downtown with outdoor cafes, shopping, and entertainment.
